The biggest fear is that he could have revealed parts of the information to Russian and Chinese governments. It is for this reason that Nsa is working intensively: analysts are working full-time to know what kind of information and sensitive materials Snowden took. An eventual leakage of these sensitive information to countries which are notoriously against the States, could compromise US National Security.
